Japan: Know before you go
Japan: Know before you go
All passengers traveling to Japan are required to have a certificate of a negative COVID-19 test result at their departure country before boarding. Those who do not have certifications that clearly indicate a valid specimen collection method, testing method, and testing period will not be permitted entry into Japan. We will deny boarding if we cannot confirm a valid test certificate upon check-in so please be sure to check off all items on the checklist before heading to the airport.

Plastic-free is the way to be
Plastic-free is the way to be
In addition to plastic-free cutlery and straws, beginning August 2021, we will be introducing plastic-free meal trays for Economy Class meals on international flights. The new meal trays are composed of bagasse, a biodegradable material made from the waste fiber created when pressing sugarcane. By simply replacing these trays we can reduce disposable plastic by 30 percent, which equates to approximately 317 tons!
